Sellers Realty, Inc. is a full-service real
estate company offering professional services at reasonable fees.
. The Company is owned by May Ehresman, a licensed real estate broker
and attorney. Ms Ehresman is a member of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of
Realtors (MIBOR), and the Indiana Bar Association.
Originally conceptualized in 1982 the idea for the
Company evolved into a solid business in 1997. The Company continues to evolve as the
needs of the consumer change, and the tools to meet them change as well. With increasing
use of the World Wide Web by home buyers and sellers, this website attests to that
evolution and will itself continue to change and grow. It is Ms Ehresman's belief that
home buyers and sellers will recognize the exceptional level of service they can get from
an experienced broker who is also an accomplished attorney. To get this level of service at fee rates most other firms would
never offer is Sellers Realty, Inc's greatest strength.
The Company is also part of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). The MLS lists all properties
for sale in a computer database so every MIBOR member has access to the information. It is
a powerful marketing tool, but is not the only tool used to sell a home. Sellers
Realty, Inc. services the west side of Indianapolis, Hendricks, Boone, Morgan and Johnson
counties.
The Company is unique in its 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Program for sellers and has almost
tripled its sales volume in the last year due, in part, to referrals from satisfied
customers. Buyers are also offered a Satisfaction Guarantee..
Customers are delighted to find they receive high
quality professional service at reasonable fees. Homeowners are offered a
menu of fees so the homeowner can choose the price and level of service they desire. Types
of programs include a full service MLS listing (at a reduced
fee), For Sale by Owner Programs, and Limited (bare bones) MLS.
