"May was the best Real Estate Agent we never hired! And that was in
part because she helped us make our decision to remodel
When we called May, we were struggling with whether moving or remodeling
was right for us. May evaluated what our home would list for using comparative listings of
area homes. She was realistic with her analysis despite the fact she knew it was less than
what we hoped and she provided objective rationale for why she settled on her value.
Because May knew we had remodeling in the back of our mind, She provided articles on
expected returns from different remodel projects. She used her real estate program to
assess what the likely value of our home investment would be should we stay or move. May
