Whether you are selling your own home and found a buyer or if you are a buyer working with a For Sale by Owner seller, this package is designed to help you get to the closing table and protect your interests in the process. Here is what you receive:

Some transactions are more complex then others. If the transactions involves more that six (6) hours of professional time, then additional hours are billed at $125. per hour. The six (6) hours of professional time is adequate to cover the time needed to complete most transactions.
